BJP’s incessant petty politics plagued by violence, vandalism, savagery and harassment is actively endangering the lives of people in the country. Elaborating and exposing BJP’s reality to the public, AAP Senior Leader and MLA Ms Atishi stated – By honouring the goons who attacked CM Arvind Kejriwal and his family, the BJP is promoting Gunda Raj in the country. BJP no longer stands for Bharatiya Janata Party but ‘Bharatiya Gunda Party’ that honours rapists and offenders. Their party is asking its workers to commit violence if they want to get rewarded and promoted. BJP’s DNA is full of hooliganism to the point that it promotes goons, rapists and kidnappers to power, giving them election tickets and Cabinet positions. People all over the country can see a stark difference between BJP’s model of hooliganism & violence and AAP’s model of honesty & decency, where AAP makes a list of degrees for people to take up, while BJP makes a list of ways to destroy peace and harmony. All over India the public is saying that it no longer wants the Bharatiya Gunda Party running the country, but the Aam Aadmi Party which promotes honesty and decency in the society.
Senior AAP Leader and MLA Ms Atishi said, “On 30th March, following BJP MP Tejavi Surya’s lead, a group of party goons attacked CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal’s residence in Delhi. Many BJP workers and leaders were involved in this shameful attempt of breaking and entering the CM’s home, and attacking him and his family members. The boom barrier was broken, CCTV cameras damaged, and the main gate of the residence was vandalised. The entire nation was stunned to witness the level of hooliganism and state of violence that the BJP leaders had resorted to – that if they had the audacity to threaten an elected sitting Chief Minister and his family, his home, then how is the common public supposed to feel safe in their vicinity? Questions were raised all over the country about how, given the extent the BJP goons can go to attack a state’s Chief Minister, it is unimaginable what they might do to a common person. This is the reason that the Delhi High Court took a strong stance on the matter and rejected the bail plea made by the perpetrators. After 8 days of detention, when the court did issue bail to these criminals, they were celebrated and honoured with garlands at the BJP office in Delhi by state president Adesh Gupta. By praising these petty lowlifes and goons, the BJP itself exposed its real face to the entire nation. They have clearly shown the world the kind of dirty politics and powerplay it wishes to indulge in, and that it respects and enables criminals and violence in the party. This questionable action of the BJP has sent a message to all its workers across the nation that they have a free pass to become criminals, hooligans, to harass women and vandalise – that this will earn them a badge of honour from the BJP; that this will secure a party ticket and progress for them; that the more they resort to violence and hooliganism, the further they will go in the party.”
She continued, “The attack on CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal’s residence was not an isolated incident either. This kind of savagery, violence, and vandalism is in the BJP’s DNA. I have a list running into countless pages of similar incidents which includes, but is not limited to, harassment, hooliganism, rape, murder, and kidnapping. And the people who are behind these heinous acts are respected and enabled by the BJP. Several days after the attack on CM’s residence, the BJP goons resorted to vandalism at the UGR in Sonia Vihar, where they also attempted to add hazardous contaminants to the water there. On 10th December 2020, a similar attack involving breaking and entering had taken place at Deputy CM Shri Manish Sisodia’s residence in an attempt on the Deputy CM’s wife and son’s life. In the same month back in 2020, Delhi state president accompanied the same goons to charge at the Delhi Jal Board office – they vandalised the place, broke windows and pots, and ransacked the entire DJB premises. Apart from this, it is deeply unfortunate how common it is for BJP leaders to be convicted of rape and assault left right and centre.”
She added, “Everyone in the BJP is promoted and praised for indulging in such harrowing crimes – many even given Cabinet positions. Everyone is aware of BJP’s Kuldeep Singh Senger’s role in the infamous Unnao rape case. Shantilal Solanki, Govind, Parul Malani, Ajit, and Masand, all BJP leaders, were involved in the Gujarat gang rape case. Sakshi Maharaj is charged with a variety of offences, including theft, felony, and murder. Swami Chinmayanand has been charged with rape and molestation. Harak Singh Rawat, a cabinet minister in the Uttarakhand government, has been accused of molesting girls. In Goa, BJP MLA Babulal is accused of a variety of crimes, including rape, kidnapping, and rape of a minor. The BJP honoured him by appointing him as a cabinet minister. Four ministers in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s cabinet are facing murder charges. V Muraleedharan, John Barla, Nitish Pramanik, Pankaj Choudhary, and Shantanu Thakur are accused of molesting women in this case. In Delhi, no one needs to be told anything about Vijay Jolly, everyone is well aware of his crimes. A list of 50 BJP leaders, big and small, has been released, who are facing various allegations of molestation, rape, hooliganism, abuse, and abuse.”
She further stated, “It is clear from this that BJP no longer stands for Bharatiya Janata Party but ‘Bharatiya Gunda Party’, a party of thugs, lunatics, and molesters, which honours and respects such goons and promotes them in the party. These petty criminals are appointed to the Cabinet after becoming MPs and MLAs. This is the reality of the BJP. It has made people’s lives across the country a living hell. Some time ago the situation got so out of hand that people felt compelled to put up posters in their neighbourhoods stating that ‘girls live here’, in order to wade off BJP leaders and workers from their area. People are concerned that wherever BJP members go, they only bring abuse and hooliganism.”

MLA Ms Atishi added, “Today, the entire country is becoming aware of the fact that it has two options: On one side, there is the BJP, a party of goons, and on the other, there is the Aam Aadmi Party, a party of honest, educated, and decent people. The Aam Aadmi Party makes a list of degrees for people to take up, while the BJP makes a list of ways to destroy peace and harmony. Shri Arvind Kejriwal, the leader of the Aam Aadmi Party and the Chief Minister of Delhi, is an IIT graduate who has served in the civil service. Shri Manish Sisodia, the Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, is a well-known journalist. Apart from this, Rajya Sabha member Shri Raghav Chadha is a CA and has studied from London School of Economics. Another Rajya Sabha member, Shri Sandeep Pathak, has been a professor in IIT. He has completed his PhD from Central University. I myself came into politics after leaving a job abroad after studying from reputed universities in the country and abroad. Aside from that, you can see the Punjab MLAs. The Aam Aadmi Party has set a record by having 12 doctors who are MBBS, MS, or Surgeons among its MLAs in Punjab. Aside from that, there are lawyers and civil servants, and Oxford University MBA graduates.”
She concluded, “On one side, there is the BJP’s hooliganism, and on the other, there is the Aam Aadmi Party’s decency. On the one hand, it is a rapist party, and on the other, it is a party of educated people. Today, the country is faced with two options. If you go to any part of the country, you will hear that nobody wants the Bharatiya Gunda Party’s government in their state or in the country – they do not want a party that enables crime and violence. The people across the nation require a party of educated individuals who value decency and honesty above all else. We need to introduce more honest, educated people into politics, because India requires such citizens to lead the nation for a better future ahead.”
