NEW DELHI
Stalwarts of Haryana Congress including ex-MLA Ramesh Gupta joined Aam Aadmi Party today. AAP’s Haryana in-charge and Rajya Sabha MP Shri Sushil Gupta inducted former Thanesar MLA Ramesh Gupta, and Former Faridabad MLA Candidate Gulshan Kumar Bagga along with a sea of their supporters at the party headquarters. Shri Sushil Gupta said, “Corruption levels in Haryana are very frightening, contractors are being paid without doing work. People are joining the Aam Aadmi Party in large numbers after the revolution in Delhi’s health & education sectors and the thumping victory in Punjab.” Ramesh Gupta stated that the whole country wants to see CM Arvind Kejriwal as the Prime Minister, in the upcoming elections of Haryana, AAP’s government will certainly be formed. Gulshan Kumar Bagga said that the way progress has been made in the field of education, health in Delhi, nothing like that has happened anywhere in India. While, Dinesh Pratap said that India is now moving towards corruption-free governance with CM Arvind Kejriwal’s policies.
Shri Sushil Gupta said, “the level and situation of corruption in Haryana is very frightening. Bills worth Rs 200 crore have been passed without any work in Faridabad. Officials and politicians shared the money together, but no action was taken against them. The stadium was built in Ambala, more than half the money was consumed in it. Till date no action has been taken. 80 crores were looted in Sirsa in the name of beautification. The Aam Aadmi Party sat on dharna for 152 days against it. After that, the demand for investigation was accepted, but nothing happened.
He said, “Apart from this, unemployment is increasing in the state. In the field of education and medicine, the government is not ready to pay any attention. The government of Bharatiya Janata Party and JJP is engaged day and night only to fight in the name of religion and caste and spoil the brotherhood of the people.”
Shri Sushil Gupta said that now the family of Aam Aadmi Party is increasing in the whole of Haryana. “The people of Haryana want CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal’s good governance model to come to Haryana. Today former MLA Ramesh Gupta has joined the Aam Aadmi Party, liking the work of Delhi’s education, healthcare, corruption-free administration and the new government of Punjab. Ramesh Gupta contested from Thanesar Assembly in 2005 on Congress ticket. He was an MLA from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that he had contested as an independent MLA. There is such a social worker, who is associated with every organization there. Whom people love with all their heart. Today, liking the policies of Shri Arvind Kejriwal, he is joining the Aam Aadmi Party along with his family and all the supporters. Along with him Ramesh Gupta’s son Aman and Vivek Advocate also joined the Aam Aadmi Party today.”
He added, “Gulshan Kumar Bagga has also joined the Aam Aadmi Party. Gulshan Kumar Bagga had contested from the Faridabad NIT in 2014 from the Congress. He has been the district president of Congress. Apart from this, he has been the state president of INTUC Haryana. He has been the State President and National General Secretary of NCW. Gulshan Bagga is also joining the Aam Aadmi Party, being pleased with the policies of Shri Arvind Kejriwal and considering the works right. Gulshan Bagga’s son Raman has also joined the Aam Aadmi Party with supporters today.”
After joining the Aam Aadmi Party, Ramesh Gupta said, “I joined the Aam Aadmi Party after being impressed by the policies of CM Arvind Kejriwal and the work done for the poor in Delhi. The entire world is appreciating the education and health model of Delhi. After the formation of the Aam Aadmi Party government in Punjab, it is continuing to implement all its announcements there. He said that Shri Sushil Gupta is strengthening the organisation in Haryana with great dedication and hard work. The whole country wants to see CM Arvind Kejriwal as the prime minister. I sincerely hope that with hard work and hard work, the AAP government will be formed in the upcoming elections of Haryana.”
Gulshan Kumar Bagga said, “I am joining the Aam Aadmi Party because we all know what the condition of the country is, and the extreme level of inflation that has been reached. The inflation rate is above 6.5 percent right now. The situation of the underprivileged is worse than it looks. Every year two crore people were to be given employment, whereas the reverse is running towards minus figure. I have full faith in Kejriwal ji. The way progress has been made in the field of education, health in Delhi, nothing like that has happened anywhere. The situation in Punjab has become very good. We are also very impressed by the agreement reached between Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab CM Mann. We want that in the coming time, the Aam Aadmi Party government should be formed in Haryana.”
Haryana co-in-charge Dinesh Pratap said, “the party reviewed the previous tenures of Gulshan Bagga and Ramesh Gupta. Both are people of a clean image. I think their moral experience and revolutionary ideology of party workers will work to bring change in the state as well as in the entire country. India is now moving towards corruption-free governance with CM Arvind Kejriwal’s policies.” During this, Haryana’s Organization Secretary Pravin Prabhakar was also present.
