NEW DELHI:
A massive roadshow was held by the Aam Aadmi Party in Karawal Nagar Constituency to express gratitude to National Convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Shri Arvind Kejriwal. Leading the roadshow was AAP Senior Leader and MCD in-charge Shri Durgesh Pathak who thanked CM Arvind Kejriwal for bringing Karawal Nagar freedom from the water shortage problem and developing a UGR in the region. He said that CM Arvind Kejriwal helped greatly to fulfil his promises and transform all his efforts into reality. The Roadshow started at Khajuri’s Purana Thana and went ahead to Moti Chowk, Aas Mohammad Chowk, Kaushik Chowk and Dr Rambaran Clinic*
Shri Durgesh Pathak said, “I’m pleased to announce that the promise I made to the residents of Karawal Nagar was honoured today. The water crisis was solved with the help of Chief Minister Shri Arvind Kejriwal. The UGR’s work not only began in 2016 as promised, but it is also currently fully operational. We believed that, seeing the satisfaction of the people of Karawal Nagar, we should thank the Chief Minister as well, which is why we held this road show in the Karawal Nagar assembly constituency.”
He added, “We held our massive road show on March 5th, starting at 9 AM. It started at Khajuri’s Purana Thana and went ahead to Moti Chowk, Aas Mohammad Chowk, Kaushik Chowk and Dr Rambaran Clinic. During this time, colleagues from all wards, as well as all Ram Colony and Sonia Vihar ward workers and leaders, arrived at the rally with a huge number of motorcycles. A public discussion was also held during this time. The people were ecstatic about the UGR and hailed the Aam Aadmi Party’s works.”
He continued, “I was moved today as I witnessed the joy of the people of Karawal Nagar. My efforts paid off, and the public no longer has a water problem. There will never be a lack of water now. Only because of Chief Minister Shri Arvind Kejriwal has this become possible. At the same time, I want to assure Delhi residents that the Aam Aadmi Party would continue to work in the same manner in the future, putting the needs of the people first. I am confident that a nice deed will take time to perform, but it will be achievable. The only thing the Aam Aadmi Party requires is your trust.”
