BJP’s true face has come to light after it shamelessly celebrated goons that attacked CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal’s residence. Exposing a BJP’s tainted history of standing with criminals and hooligans, AAP Senior Leader and Rajya Sabha MP Shri Raghav Chadha stated – BJP’s felicitation of goons who attacked Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal’s residence proves that BJP now stands for Bharatiya ‘Jaahil’ Party. AAP Senior Leader and Rajya Sabha MP Shri Raghav Chadha said, “It has become clear as day now that the Bharatiya Janata Party is a party of goons and lunatics, rapists and murderers. There is no doubt that the BJP now stands for the Bharatiya ‘Jaahil’ Party. These BJP criminals have nothing better to do than to attack AAP workers and leaders – they went as far as attacking the residence of IIT Graduate & former Income Tax Office employee, Delhi’s beloved, world-famous, and democratically elected CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal. They vandalised his home and the area around it, after which the BJP respected and felicitated them with garlands and shawls, and issued a celebratory press release in their ‘honour’.”
He added, “In the recent past, the BJP has not left a single stone unturned in its quest for hooliganism, crime, savagery, and violence. It not only attempted to trash and vandalise Shri Arvind Kejriwal’s residence, but earlier, on 10th December 2020, the BJP goons broke into Delhi Deputy CM Shri Manish Sisodia’s home and office. They damaged the property and threatened the Deputy CM’s wife and son. As recently as earlier this month, following the attack on the CM’s residence, BJP sent its hooligans to the Delhi Jal Board’s Underground Reservoir (UGR) in Sonia Vihar to deface the premises and contaminate the water with hazardous chemicals. This UGR is a source of clean water for a large area in Delhi, and was vandalised by the BJP. Moreover, back when I was the Vice Chairman of the DJB, BJP Delhi state president Adesh Gupta led a mob into the DJB premises, damaged offices, and destroyed everything from printers, photographs of the CM, desks, chairs, and pots in my office as well. The BJP mob left the area in ruins.”
He continued, “With its conduct in the recent past, the BJP has proven that it is most definitely a party of goons and criminals. If someone is found indulging in such offensive acts of violence & vandalism in the United States of America, they are immediately sent to jail. In India, these same people are embraced by the BJP. In Europe, if a person is found harassing or molesting women, they are imprisoned and punished. In India, these harassers and abusers join the BJP which welcomes them with open arms. The nation cannot progress like this. The BJP will never develop good schools and colleges for you because they are fuelled by mobs of uneducated goons. If people get quality education and get degrees, the BJP will no longer have uneducated miscreants to carry out its dirty work. The BJP will never work towards creating employment opportunities either, because if they do that, they will lose the countless unemployed hooligans to actual employers, and will not be left with jobless people to accomplish its violent agenda. So the BJP will not work for progress in education or job creation, its primary goal is to build an army of uneducated violent goons, which blindly follows its agenda to destroy peace.”
Shri Raghav Chadha further said, “The nation is faced with two models of governance today: on one hand, there is the BJP model which strives to promote violence, lunacy, unrest, and hooliganism. On the other hand, we have the Aam Aadmi Party model, which is built on the ideals of proper education, staunch honesty, and ardent patriotism. So there exist two schools of politics in the country today on opposite sides of the spectrum – One is the Arvind Kejriwal school of politics, for enrollment in which one needs to be honest, dedicated, and a devoted nationalist. The second is the BJP school of politics, for which one simply needs to excel in violence and hooliganism. It is highly likely that the BJP will start mentioning these prerequisites in its membership forms in the coming future – asking people how accomplished they are in the field of delinquency – the more elaborate a person’s criminal background, the higher is their post in the BJP.”
He continued, “The question that presents itself before us is clear: Do we want India to become a lawless state like Pakistan and Sri Lanka? Or do we want to take India to such great heights of progress and development that we compete at par with the most developed nations in the world like those in Europe, or the US, or Japan? What does the India we envision for our future look like? India will go on to become an educated and highly progressive state only when the entire nation will raise its collective voice against the BJP, the party of petty crimes, of hoodlums and offenders, and boycott it completely. The BJP must be branded as traitors for the kind of heinous and offensive acts it promotes at the hands of its party leaders and workers. Today, the one person that the BJP fears the most is Shri Arvind Kejriwal. They are anxious and terrified of his model of governance, because if this model spreads across the country, then BJP will be able to build its army of uneducated goons, and they will fail to put together their mob of people bearing arms to back them. This country needs an honest and patriotic alternative. This country needs to get rid of uneducated political leaders and their incessant hooliganism. Together, we should completely boycott the Bharatiya Janata Party and its politics.”
He concluded, “The BJP may wish to indulge in as much vandalism and hooliganism as they wish. On the other hand, AAP will continue to promote educated, honest patriots who will work in the public’s interest with the same zeal and dedication. We are not the type of people who flee from your thuggery. You can assault us, attack us, bully us, while Shri Arvind Kejriwal will build schools for the nation’s children. While you vandalise our Chief Minister’s and Deputy Chief Minister’s homes; Shri Arvind Kejriwal will build hospitals and mohalla clinics for those in need; this is the kind of politics we practise – one which is public and progress oriented. Our country requires quality education institutes, well developed schools and colleges in order to compete with developed countries. Hooliganism and violence are not acceptable as they are hurdles in India’s path to progress. I say this as a responsible citizen of our country: we must decide whether to encourage hooliganism or choose a governance model which promotes a good education and health-care system. I believe the people of this country must now publicly boycott the Bharatiya ‘Jaahil’ Party. There is no other option if we want to eradicate India of hooliganism and crime-filled politics, and take our nation to greater heights.”
