DSEU holds orientation program for Business Blasters Incubation Center for Delhi Government’s young business stars

DSEU explains purpose of its Incubation Center and its role in giving a boost to small businesses to student entrepreneurs from Delhi government schools

Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) organised an orientation program at Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya, District Center, Vikaspuri, regarding its upcoming Business Blasters Incubation Center. Students from Class 11, who are members of the top 126 teams of Business Blasters and their parents took part in this orientation program.

The orientation gave the students an overview of what an ‘incubation center’ means and does, what kind of services it will offer to the students, and next steps for them. Along with this, the students were told how it will help them in their start-up businesses and how the students will be able to take advantage of the services provided by incubation to give a boost to their start-up business.

Speaking about the DSEU’s upcoming incubation center, Prof. Neharika Vohra, Vice Chancellor, Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University said that the Business Blasters Incubation Center will act as a foundation for future entrepreneurs studying in Delhi government schools. She said that the incubation center will support student entrepreneurs in every possible way and guide them at every step in their journey of entrepreneurship.

The Business Blasters Incubation Center of Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University will provide students with other facilities like mentoring, regular pitching/investment meetings with investors, training on business related topics as well as workspace, registration, compliance services etc. Students interested in taking their ideas to the next level and building a company will get a chance to join this center. Students will be given one week to decide whether they want to join the incubation center or not and will have to inform the university about their decision as soon as possible.

Students were also motivated by Education Director Himanshu Gupta to come forward and take their small businesses to newer heights.
