Ingredients for making Paneer Kulcha-

Cheese 200 grams grated

Onion 1 small

Red chili powder 1/2 tsp

  • Kalonji 1/2 tsp tsp

-butter 1 tsp

  • Maida 2 cups

-Baking Powder 1/2 tsp

  • baking soda 1/4 tsp

-Salt 1/2 tsp

-sugar 1 tsp

Milk 1/2 cup

Yogurt 1 tbsp

  • oil 1 cup
  • salt to taste

Recipe for making Paneer Kulcha-

To make this, you first take a bowl.

Then you sieve it by mixing flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.

After this, add sugar, milk, curd and salt to it and knead a soft dough from it.

Then you apply a small spoon of oil on this dough and cover it with a wet cloth and keep it for an hour.

After this, take a bowl and add chopped onion and cheese and mix it.

Then you add salt and red chili powder to it and mix well.

After this, apply some oil on your palms and make dough balls.

Then you roll these balls and cover it well from all sides by stuffing cheese in them.

After this, apply a little oil on these paneer stuffing balls and keep them aside for about 15 minutes.

Then you sprinkle Kalonji on these prepared balls.

After this, apply water on the palm and with the help of hand, make a round shape kulcha.

Then you heat a non stick tava (griddle) and place the kulcha on the pan with the wet side of the water.

After this, when the kulcha starts turning golden, then cover it by turning it over.

Then cook it from the other side as well till it turns golden.

After this, make kulcha of the rest of the dough in the same way.

Now your paneer kulcha is ready.

Then you serve it hot with green chutney and curd.
