The BJP has gotten so rattled by the Kejriwal Model and the response it is getting from all over the country that the party is set to change its Himachal CM in fear of the rise of the Aam Aadmi Party, informed Senior AAP Leader and Delhi Deputy CM Shri Manish Sisodia. He said that seeing an unprecedented response to AAP National Convenor and Delhi CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal’s roadshow in Himachal, the BJP has decided to replace the sitting CM to pacify the public. Shri Sisodia stated — This is no less than a fraud, replacing the CM after 4.5 years won’t help; AAP’s Jhaadu is destined to sweep Himachal clean now. BJP is mistaken if it thinks replacing Jairam Thakur with Anurag Thakur can change the public’s opinion of their work. Taking a jibe at Bharatiya Janata Party’s touted move to change the Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh a day after AAP National Convenor Shri Arvind Kejriwal’s massive rally in Mandi, Shri Manish Sisodia said, “The Kejriwal Model of Governance has become a ray of hope for people across the nation. BJP is actually in a state of shock and fear to see the rising popularity of Shri Arvind Kejriwal and his governance model. Just after the visit of the AAP National Convenor they realised that the BJP government in Himachal Pradesh has done nothing in the past 4.5 years and their CM has failed to bring any development in the state. Thus they are appointing Anurag Thakur as the new chief minister of Himachal Pradesh.”
Shri Sisodia further said, “Delhi and Punjab have brought in a revolution by adopting the Arvind Kejriwal Model of Governance. Seeing this, people across the nation now want that Shri Arvind Kejriwal should be given a chance in their states too. The overwhelming support received by the public in the rallies held in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh is an example of this factor. Jairam Thakur has proved to be a very unsuccessful Chief Minister and by removing him BJP is accepting this fact that their government has failed in Himachal Pradesh.”
He added, “The move to change the Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh at this point shows that BJP is trying to hide the truth of their incapabilities. During his tenure of 4.5 years, schools were shut down in Himachal Pradesh, health system has become dilapidated, electricity-water-employment facilities have also not been provided to the people. In the last 4.5 years, the BJP government in Himachal has done nothing except to deceive the people and break their hopes. BJP leaders should apologise to the residents of Himachal for deceiving them. The BJP is horrified to see the tremendous public support to Arvind Kejriwal’s rally held in Mandi yesterday and it has come to light from reliable sources that the failures of its failed government in Himachal for 4.5 years are being blamed for that.”
