New Delhi:
Deputy Chief Minister Shri Manish Sisodia attended the 4th convocation ceremony of Delhi Pharmaceutical Science and Research University as its Chief Guest on Wednesday. He said that the Delhi Pharmaceutical Science and Research University was the first university established by the Kejriwal government and is achieving new heights in academic as well as research in the field of pharmaceuticals. When the need for professionals increased, Delhi Pharmaceutical Science and Research University (DPSRU) played a leading role in improving the health of people in difficult times. DPSRU is also playing an important role in taking forward the vision of the Kejriwal government and is preparing yoga teachers for Dilli Ki Yogshala. The Deputy Chief Minister called upon the students to use the knowledge gained at the university for the development of the country.
While appreciating the efforts of the DPSRU team and congratulating them for their commendable work in the past four years, Deputy CM Shri Manish Sisodia said that the University has provided many professionals in the field of pharmaceutical research. It has worked dedicatedly in the field of academics as well as research. The contribution of a university in the progress of a country is seen in two ways. I am happy that this university has stood itself on both the scales. Even in the difficult times of COVID, it did not leave research and has achieved many steps by taking it forward. The way this university has achieved many milestones in a short time, I hope that soon this university will earn a name in the whole world with its research.
The Deputy Chief Minister said that Education has always been the top priority of the Kejriwal Government. Immediately after the formation of the government, where we started working in schools, we also began working in higher education in Delhi and established the first university DPSRU. Today I am happy to see that this university is achieving new milestones everyday.
DPSRU is playing an important role in Dilli Ki Yogshala

“Following this vision of Delhi Chief Minister Shri Arvind Kejriwal, Delhi government has launched “Dilli Ki Yogshala” recently.
