Deputy Chief Minister Shri Manish Sisodia along with Director (Education) and other officials reviewed the online teaching learning process in Delhi Government Schools on Thursday. He ordered the officials to ensure that along with educating children through activities of online classes and worksheets, emotional and mental well-being is also taken care of. Till the schools remain closed, online education must continue systematically to reduce the learning gap.
The Deputy CM said, “Due to the repetitive school closure during COVID pandemic, there has been a loss of education for the students. The health of students is very important for us, but it is also important that the education of the children does not stop. The COVID induced pandemic has posed new challenges in front of us but team education is working diligently to ensure that every child has access to education in these times.”
