Influenced by the historic work being done by the Kejriwal government in all areas including schools, hospitals, electricity, water, roads and WiFi, people are constantly joining the Aam Aadmi Party. In this sequence, AAP MLA Jarnail Singh today welcomed Congress leader Sunder Singh, Advocate Raj Balwan Singh Solanki, Social worker Ranjit Kaur, Akali Dal leader Gagandeep Singh Chiasi in the AAP family. Bhavna Gaur, AAP MLA from Palam and Sahiram Pahalwan, AAP MLA from Tughlakabad felicitated all the new members at the event.

Shri Jarnail Singh, Tilak Nagar MLA of the Aam Aadmi Party, stated that people from various political parties and walks of life are joining the Aam Aadmi Party after being influenced by the work and development model of Arvind Kejriwal’s government in Delhi. Congress leader Sundar Singh, Social Worker Ranjit Kaur, Youth Wing President Gagandeep Chiasi, and Supreme Court Advocate Raj Balwan Singh are all joining the Aam Aadmi Party today. I extend a warm welcome to everyone who has joined the Aam Aadmi Party, he said.

Sundar Singh, also known as Pappi ji, has been serving the public for the past 19 years as a member of Congress. He was a member of the Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee’s Campaign Committee. He has also served on the Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee’s Media Committee. He has been the President of Shri Kantheshwar Mahadev Temple since 2010. He was the vice-president of the Congress Committee district Paharganj from 2012 to 2017. He served as the General Secretary of the Youth Congress Delhi Pradesh from 2006 to 2008.

Ranjit Kaur is the President of Akali Dal. She is the chairperson of Ramgarhia Co-operative Bank. She serves on the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee. She has taken on a number of important positions. She has been involved in social work for many years. Gagandeep Singh Chiasi, on the other hand, is involved in student politics. He was elected President of Delhi Youth Wing of Shiromani Akali Dal in 2020. He was elected president of the Akali Dal Student Union in 2015. From 2014 to 2015, he served as President of Guru Gobind Singh College (DU). Aside from that, he has held a variety of other positions.

AAP MLA Bhavna Gaur said that Raj Balwan Singh belongs to Palam ward. He is currently an Advocate in the Supreme Court. He is the Delhi Chairman of World Human Rights Commission. He was the president of the Vidyarthi Morcha in 1990. He was appointed Vice-Chairman of the Unauthorised Colony Cell in 2008. He was in charge of Kisan Morcha in 2010. I’m going to introduce you to his father too. He served as a Palam Vidhansabha Councillor from 1977 to 1988, a period of over ten years. The unique aspect is that back then, a constituency was formed by combining about 5 assemblies. Balwan Singh Solanki ji, Raj Solanki’s father, was also the Leader of the Opposition.”
