Fearing its impending loss, the BJP is actively selling off all the assets of the Delhi Corporation to pad its coffers. The BJP has ruined the corporation and those who want to see change are increasingly joining the Aam Aadmi Party. In this sequence, AAP MLA Dilip Pandey welcomed Congress leaders Subhash Chaudhary and Ankit Dedha, as well as BJP leader Deepak Kumar Bansal and hundreds of other party members. AAP MLA Sahiram Pehalwan gave everyone joining the party a cap and patka.

Dilip Pandey, spokesperson for the Aam Aadmi Party, MLA, and Chief Whip in the Vidhan Sabha, remarked, “The Aam Aadmi Party family is growing not just in size but also in power. People say Arvind Kejriwal has done a fantastic job in Delhi. On the other side, the BJP has destroyed the corporation. Today, scared of losing power, the BJP is aggressively selling the corporation’s assets and filling its coffers. As a result, those seeking change in Delhi are gradually embracing the Aam Aadmi Party. Today, Congress leaders Subhash Chaudhary and Ankit Dedha, as well as BJP leader Deepak Kumar Bansal and hundreds of other comrades, have joined the Aam Aadmi Party in the same series.”

He added, “For the past 25 years, Subhash Chaudhary has been an active participant in politics. He was the Delhi Pradesh Congress Secretary until recently. Before it, in 2012, his wife Rama Choudhary had contested from the Congress and lost by only 100 votes. Many of Subhash Chaudhary’s coworkers are joining the Aam Aadmi Party today, as well. Badarpur District General Secretary Narendra Kumar, Vice President Sahil, Secretary Kulbir, General Secretary Arvind, Youth Congress Badarpur District President Shahanshah, Ward Prahladpur President Rakesh Lohia, Co-Secretaries Mohit, Parmanand, Deepak and Jameel Ahmed are among those joining the party.”

He stated, “Before joining the Aam Aadmi Party, Ankit Dedha was the secretary in charge of the Youth Congress. He is the current President of the Delhi NSUI. He has also served as the NSUI’s National General Secretary. Many of Ankit Dedha’s colleagues are also joining the Aam Aadmi Party. This includes Youth Congress District President Ravi Shankar, Mukesh Kumar, Shekhar Nagar, Pradeep Chaudhary, Vikram, Ankur Nagar, Asif, Kapil Yadav, Ranveer Bhati, Tarun Joshi, Javed, Rakesh Rautela, Yogesh Bhati, Pawan Kumar, Ram Kumar, and Amit Kumar.”

He said, “Deepak Kumar Bansal belongs to Trilokpuri assembly and has been a BJP Mandal Working Committee worker. His associates Dinesh, Ajay Birlan, Mukesh Kapoor, Kamal Kumar, Mohammad Salim, Sharif Hussain, Suraj Mishra, and Inderjit Shah are also joining the party today.”

Ankit Dedha expressed his enthusiasm for joining the Aam Aadmi Party “I want to express my gratitude to the Aam Aadmi Party for connecting me with an ideology that works for the common man. Arvind Kejriwal has done everything he can to meet the needs of the people of Delhi. I was born into a middle-class family and went on to win the election from congress. However, Congress is currently working to disempower poor families. When I chatted with Dilip Bhai, he advised me to join the Aam Aadmi Party’s ideology. The plans of this party had previously impressed me, and showed me that I, too, could serve the general public with total honesty.”

Subhash Chaudhary, when asked why he joined the Aam Aadmi Party, said, “After being persuaded by the Aam Aadmi Party’s aims and policies, my entire team and I decided to join the party. Whatever responsibilities the Aam Aadmi Party assigns to us, we shall take them seriously. Will work closely with the organization.”
