Aam Aadmi Party National Convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Shri Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Bhagwant Maan paid obeisance at Swaminarayan Temple in Shahibaug today. Both the Chief Ministers prayed for the welfare of the people of Gujarat, for its progress and for the entire country. At the occasion Shri Kejriwal said that he felt blessed after visiting the Swaminarayan Temple and was filled with joy and delight. He added that he prayed to Swaminarayanji to give AAP the strength and motivation to continuously work for the development of this country.

Aam Aadmi Party National Convener and Delhi Chief Minister Shri Arvind Kejriwal, who is on a crucial Gujarat tour, visited the revered Swaminarayan Temple at Shahibaug today. This was the second and last day of his visit. He was accompanied by Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Bhagwant Mann. Both the CMs paid obeisance at the temple. Shri Arvind Kejriwal wished for happiness, prosperity and development of the people of Gujarat and the entire country at the occasion. During this tour of about 15 minutes, the priest of the temple explained about the features of the temple. Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MP-elect Shri Raghav Chadha, senior leaders of Aam Aadmi Party Gujarat Wing, Shri Gopal Italia, Shri Isudan Gadhvi and other dignitaries were present during the visit.

Shri Arvind Kejriwal said, “I am feeling blessed after visiting the Swaminarayan Temple. It felt great to come here. I want to pray to Swaminarayan Ji to give us so much strength, so that we can continue to work in the interests of the country.’

The AAP Convenor began his visit with a tour of the Sabarmati Ashram in the company of Punjab CM Sardar Bhagwant Mann and took blessings from the site that embodies the legacy of Mahatma Gandhi yesterday. The two later proceeded to lead a massive Tiranga Yatra in the heart of Ahmedabad from Khodiyar Temple, Uttamnagar. The rally saw an unprecedented crowd come out to the streets in support of the Aam Aadmi Party. A glimpse of the world famous Mohalla Clinics of Delhi was also seen in the Tiranga Yatra organised by Aam Aadmi Party in Ahmedabad. The tableau of Aam Aadmi Mohalla Clinic was the centre of attraction in the roadshow. Through this tableau, it was portrayed how the Kejriwal government in Delhi has made medical treatment free of cost for all the residents of Delhi. All medicines, tests and treatment are completely free in Delhi.
